- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Mix tomato paste, water & oil – mix well.
- Add the rest of ingredients and let stand for several hours to let flavors blend.
- If you’re short on time, you can heat the sauce in a small saucepan.
