Here’s a quick and simple recipe for the spicy mayo/sauce you get in a Japanese restaurant.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (I like to use low-fat or fat-free canola oil mayo)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
