Japanese Spicy Mayo

Here’s a quick and simple recipe for the spicy mayo/sauce you get in a Japanese restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (I like to use low-fat or fat-free canola oil mayo)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
